Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't already been shipped. To cancel, please contact our Customer Service team(Email: custom-good@outlook.com). In some cases, there may be a restocking fee or delivery fee if the order is canceled after it has already been picked up for delivery.

 

Q: Can I change item/color /pattern after an order is placed?

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The time for delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 3-5 days after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–20 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving from the warehouse,it usually takes 15- 20 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time.

Q: How long does it take for a refund to show up on my credit card?

After we receive the returned goods, it takes 3-5 business days to finish transfer, and it needs 5-15 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to be credited back to your card.
